Welcome to Niwot. Explore Niwot's many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as a grocery store, that can be found around Niwot Rd and 2nd Avenue. Visit the Niwot Children's Park on 1st Avenue and the playground at Lefthand Grange Park on 89th near Niwot Rd. Or participate in an event at the Grange Hall such as scouting or a bridge group.

Walkers and bikers can check out the scenery on the LoBo (Longmont-Boulder) or the Niwot Loop trails which run through the area. Art lovers can experience the First Friday Art Walks throughout the year.

Niwot offers many community events including an Easter Egg hunt, pancake breakfasts, 4th of July celebration, Oktoberfest, and an Enchanted Evening right after Thanksgiving to usher in the holiday season. On Thursday evenings during the summer, a variety of concerts can be heard at the Rock & Rails series at Whistlestop Park. In late summer, watch for the Jazz on 2nd Ave. festival showcasing a variety of jazz artists from all over.
